Privacy

At Ocean Grove Home Hardware protecting customer privacy is our priority. All personal details collected whilst processing your order including name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card information will be treated with the strictest of confidence. We do not store your credit card information. We are an Australian based merchant and through using the third party billing system BPOINT run by The Commonwealth Bank, you can rest easy knowing your most important details and kept safe and sound at all times. We do not provide any customers personal details to outside third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment options

You can purchase your order directly in-store, via telephone or through this website. All purchases made through the website will be advertised and processed in AUD. For online or telephone purchases we accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and all Debit cards with a VISA or Mastercard logo. If you wish to purchase using cheque or money order, please post these to the address below. Online purchases are processed through the third party billing system BPOINT owned and operated by The Commonwealth Bank of Australia. A confirmation email will be forwarded to you once the payment is processed and approved. Ocean Grove Home Hardware only deliver SOO SANTAÏ Bean Bags within Australia, unfortunately we do not offer international delivery options at this time. We use Australia Post to dispatch and deliver your order direct to your door. Once payment and confirmation of your order is made, you will be sent a tracking number in order to be able follow your package online and on its journey to you. To track your parcel, please log into https://auspost.com.au/ select the “Track a Parcel” button and enter your tracking number into the space provided. Ocean Grove Home Hardware endeavour to dispatch your item from their warehouse within 2 working days of receiving your order. Please note that public holidays may affect this turnaround in some cases. We expect for most orders to be delivered to you within 7 days of warehouse dispatch. We do not accept responsibility for shipment delays once items have left our warehouse or for unforseen circumstances such as flood, strikes etc... Request to leave item unattended: It’s Australia Post Couriers policy to obtain a signature on all deliveries, they deliver Monday through Friday during standard working hours. Please consider this when deciding an appropriate address for delivery. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are charged on a per item basis, this is currently $15.00 AUD per beanbag. Delivery Offer: Purchase 4 or more items in one transaction to be shipped to the same address and receive FREE shipping anywhere in Australia.

Order confirmation

All orders placed through this website will receive a confirmation email providing an invoice number and tracking ID if applicable. Please allow at least 30 minutes to receive this email and check your junk mail folder just in case. If you do not receive a confirmation email please call 03) 5225 1201 or email paul@oceangrovehardware.com.au so that we can promptly follow this up for you.

Product Descriptions

Ocean Grove Home Hardware make every effort to ensure that items pictured and described on their website are as accurate, up to date and exempt of all errors. Mistakes seldom happen however when an item is clearly not as described* please contact us immediately so we can offer to rectify the situation for you. In most cases an offer of refund or exchange will be given when products are returned to us in unused condition. *Color variations – Please note that colors in photographs are reproduced as accurately as possible on our website, but due to computer monitor settings that colors may appear slightly different in reality.

Returns

Under Australian Consumer Law, products you buy from an Australian Business are covered by ‘consumer guarantees’; Home Hardware Ocean Grove will gladly honour all stipulations of these guarantees. For a full outline of these guarantees please visit consumer.vic.gov.au Change of mind: We do not offer refunds simply for a change of mind. Should you wish to exchange the product you originally ordered for another product of equal or higher value you will be liable for all resulting postage costs. Please choose carefully as once an order has been processed online we cannot reverse the dispatch process. Faulty/ Damaged product: Ocean Grove Home Hardware will happily refund or exchange any item should it be found to be faulty, including not working in the manner that was described in the product description of the website or as a result of a manufacturing defect. Proof of purchase and proof of fault must be provided to Ocean Grove Home Hardware within 5 working days of delivery. If the fault falls within the 6 months warranty period and under the warranty guidelines it will be processed accordingly (please see product warranty for further information). In most cases we will ask for photographic evidence be provided to us to assess the fault, in extreme cases we may ask for the item/s to be returned for assessment, if found to be faulty we will refund all postage costs incurred to you. Products care and maintenance

In order to prolong the life of your SOO SANTAÏ bean bag we strongly recommend the following care and maintenance: - Keep your SOO SANTAÏ away from any direct heat source including but not limited to fireplaces, flames, candles, BBQ’s, lighters and heaters. - Be careful with all sharp objects such as knives, tools and sharp corners around your SOO SANTAÏ. - SOO SANTAÏ are treated to resist powerful UV rays however after excess exposure to sunlight colors may fade, SOO SANTAÏ are designed for outside use, however it is recommended not to leave them outside or exposed to high levels of sunlight. - Excluding floating SOO SANTAÏ products, SOO SANTAÏ beanbags are water resistant NOT waterproof. It is not recommended to submerge them in water such as a swimming pool nor leave them outside in heavy rain. - Your SOO SANTAÏ have been treated to provide water and dust resistance. To clean your SOO SANTAÏ use a spray bottle with mild soap and a soft cloth or brush. Abrasive or metallic brushes should be avoided. DO NOT BLEACH. No returns will be accepted or refunds given for failure to follow theses guidelines. Fair wear and tear over time is to be expected.
